Customer Care

Returning an item is easy and can be done any time within 14 days of receiving your goods. We ask that you return the item/s in new and used condition with all tagging attached. For a smooth turn around, please ensure that you complete the returns form included in your order.

We also ask that you email info@thekeepboutique.com at the earliest possible moment to inform us of your return order details.

Please note: we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if we deem the item/s to be returned in an unacceptable condition such as used or damaged. We also reserve the right to refund or exchange an item/s if the 14 day return period has expired (unless new time frame has been arranged prior). At this point in time refunds do not include the price of postage unless the item has been deemed fault. We do ask you to obtain a ‘proof of postage’ certificate which you should retain until you’ve received your refund as we cannot be held responsible for returning items that are misplaced in transit.

Returning goods from abroad:
We ask customers returning goods from outside of the UK to use a parcel service or courier that provides a tracked service. Returns sent by courier should have a signed pro forma invoice attached to the outside of the parcel.
