Create Your Own Christmas Chocolates
On Weds December 11th we’ve got our resident plant-based chef and master chocolatier Alice MacKinnon back in the house to teach us the art of Chocolate making with a festive twist.
Join us for a festive bar making workshop. We’ll enjoy a warming mug of molten chocolate, an introduction to cacao and chocolate making from scratch, as well as a lesson in how to make your own easy chocolate bars at home. Guests will take home a selection of bars plus a few freshly rolled chocolate truffles.

Who will be leading the masterclass?
Alice MacKinnon is a plant based chef with a serious love for chocolate. She learned her skills as a chocolatier with the world renowned Rococo Chocolates, where she ran workshops and courses at their Belgravia store. Later in California, Alice trained in raw chocolate and continued her discovery of the cacao world and the bean to bar movement.
