In this sped-up world where work devours most of our waking hours and only during sleep do we fully unplug from our digital selves, learning to slow down is imperative to both health and happiness.
In praise of slowness and to honour mental health week, we're hosting a delicious brunch supplied by plant-based chef Alice MacKinnon with conversation around anxiety, mental health and how to embrace downtime. Followed by some mindful shopping in store for those that wish.
