Delivery & Returns

Delivery Policy will make every effort to ensure your purchase gets to you fast, safely and in the most cost effective way possible. We offer a standard delivery services or the opportunity to pick up your item(s) in-store allowing you to choose the most suitable option for you.

Standard Royal Mail (within 5 working days): £3.50*

Orders placed after 1pm will not be shipped until the next working day.

*Heavier items such as boots, coats and larger orders will be charged up to £10.00

Your order will be packed and dispatched provided we have available stock, the address has been checked and payment approved. At this point an email will be sent to you confirming the order and expected delivery. Orders can be delivered to either business or residential addresses, however packages may require a signature on receipt of delivery. If the delivery address is unattended a note will be left to indicate a delivery is waiting for you, however this may not always be the case. cannot take responsibility if a notification card is not left in any instance.


International Duty and Shipping

Europe, Republic of Ireland and the Channel Isles: £15

International: £25

Orders outside the UK may incur additional import duties & custom charges.  These are levied at the port of ingress & are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Bulkier orders may also be subject to additional charges.

Please be aware that International orders take between 7-10 days to arrive after they have been dispatched. In some cases this can be slightly longer.


Cancellation Policy

Once the order has been processed you have the right to cancel the order up to the point of despatch, we recommend letting us know within 24hrs to ensure cancellation. Please send details of your order including the reference code. We will get back to you with 48hours to confirm the cancellation, any payments made by you will be refunded within 30 days.


Refunds / Returns Policy

If you find yourself unhappy with your purchase, is happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery. We require that you return the item/s in new and used condition with all tagging attached. For a smooth turn around, please ensure that you complete the returns form included in your order.

We also ask that you email [email protected] at the earliest possible moment to inform us of your return order details.

Please note: reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if we deem the item/s to be returned in an unacceptable condition such as used or damaged. We also reserve the right to refund or exchange an item/s if the 14 day return period has expired (unless new time frame has been arranged prior). will not refund the price of postage unless the item has been deemed faulty. cannot be held responsible for returning items that are misplaced in transit, with this, we recommend using a registered postal service.
