Gala: An independent festival of food, drink and music

08 April 2016

The peace of Brockwell Park will be momentarily disrupted thanks to a spring fete heading for south London on 29th May, bringing music, food and drink together for a Bank Holiday Sunday spectacular.

Set against the backdrop of Brixton’s green open space, expect a feast for all the senses with plenty of fun and games thrown in – no better warm up for the festival season.

There will be food stalls from a host of local restaurants — including KricketMade of DoughSalon and Rum Kitchen — each offering exclusive dishes.

Drinks will come courtesy of an Aperol Spritz bar, Brixton Brewery and Northumberland-based Wylam Brewery, while Neil Donachie, mixologist at The Savoy’s Beaufort Bar will be mixing up cocktails.
