We love a winter staple, and Lowie’s 100% merino wool lightweight roll neck is our current go-to. It’s a versatile knit that can be worn under a dungarees-style dress, with trousers or a skirt. The subtle interweaving of very fine filament gold threads gives a touch of elevated glamour, making this a great work to play piece. Also available in Dusky Pink and Navy

Made ethically by A&A, a small family-run factory in Chang Ping, China. The factory has over 30 years’ experience and specialises in high-end knitwear.

Story

Local: Lowie is a vintage inspired fashion label based in Brixton with a philosophy to create beautifully designed clothes with minimal environmental impact and an insistence that workers are safeguarded and fairly paid

Social: Lowie’s knit range are produced by A & A Fashion house in a small family-run workshop owned by Andy Wong and his son Anthony in Dongguan. The product is produced on traditional hand-looms, using little or no electricity, except in the linking (seaming) process. The workers are all paid fairly and work ‘normal’ hours.
